Red Clay stimulates and supports circulation and helps the skin while exfoliating, lifting dead skin cells and cleansing the skin.
To prepare as a face mask to soften the skin and improve complexion, mix two (2) tablespoons of clay with one (1) tablespoon of water.
You may also add to bath water for a detoxifying clay bath.
