Carb Destroyer's main ingredient white kidney bean extract's alpha-amylase inhibitor isoform 1, interferes with the action of an enzyme called alpha amylase, which is responsible for the breakdown of carbohydrates into glucose.*

As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) to two (2) capsules with 8 ounces of water 15 minutes before every high starch meal, or as otherwise directed by your Health Care Professional.
